The Communications Group ensures the fulfilment of tasks related to interaction with the media, the public and public organizations. 

It develops a set of measures aimed at implementing the information policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, introducing publicity and openness in the College's activities. 

The Group promptly informs the public through the media about the life and activities of the College. 

It organizes cooperation of the College with journalists, creative organizations, enterprises and institutions in the production and distribution of information and advertising products, photos and videos to inform the public about the work of the College and its structural units. 

The Communications group summarizes and disseminates the positive image of the College through the media. 

The Group's activities are governed by the Constitution of Ukraine; the Laws of Ukraine ‘On Education’, ‘On Higher Education’, ‘On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language’, ‘On Information’, ‘On Television and Radio Broadcasting’, ‘On Printed Mass Media (Press) in Ukraine’, other laws and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and decrees; orders of the President of Ukraine; resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine relating to the organization of the educational process; the University Statute; the Regulations on the College, orders of the University; the collective agreement, as well as orders, instructions of the College, orders of the Director and his deputies.
