The Department of Social, Humanitarian, Educational and Career Guidance Work is a structural subdivision of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Social, humanitarian, educational and career guidance work at the college is a holistic process of personal development that ensures the realization of the needs of higher education students and the state in the national, moral, legal, economic, physical and spiritual education of future specialists. The main tasks of the Department are: - Methodological, practical and organizational support of social, educational and career guidance work, prevention of offences, cultural and educational work
- Promoting the organization of patriotic education of the replacement staff by means of visual agitation, promotion of the best traditions of the college, conscientious attitude to study and performance of official duties
- Providing methodological assistance in organizing the statutory activities of cadet and student self-government and their participation in the educational process
- Promoting the development of creative teams of the College and individual talented performers, their participation in artistic events of various levels
- Organization and holding of festivals, concerts, theatrical holidays, performances, traditional rites, national reviews and competitions of amateur groups, exhibitions of creative works and other events
- Organization of solemn events of the College on the occasion of significant dates and events, methodological assistance to heads of structural subdivisions in organizing leisure activities of the personnel
- Ensuring that cadets, students and staff of the College visit theatres, museums, exhibitions and other cultural institutions of the city and region
- Organization and activity of the College's clubs: vocal, dance, arts and crafts
- Formation of a comfortable psychological and moral microclimate in the teams of permanent and variable staff of the College
- Ensuring interaction with representatives of other higher education institutions, employers' organizations and associations, professional associations, the national association of students (cadets), and other stakeholders on issues within its competence
- Development of higher education students' language culture
