The Scientific Activity Organization Department is a structural unit established at the college to organize scientific activities and ensure equal rights and opportunities for women and men, prevent and combat gender discrimination in accordance with regulations, organizational and regulatory documents and approved plans.

The major functions of the department are the following:

• planning and improving the efficiency of research work at the college;
• ensuring targeted interaction and coordination of the work of structural units of the College in the realization of scientific and innovative activities;
• organization of research (development) works in the established priority areas of scientific research of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, university and college by scientific, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff;
• supporting scientific research of young scientists and talented students;
• ensuring the popularization of the principles of academic integrity among students, scientific, pedagogical and administrative staff of the College, in particular through specialized educational and informational events (trainings, round tables, etc.)
• planning, organizing and conducting scientific events at the college;
• strengthening the connection between science and practice, comprehensive integration into the international scientific space;
• support of existing and formation of new scientific schools;
• ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men, preventing and combating gender discrimination.
