The Laboratory of Test Control of knowledge № 47 is one of the main elements of the material and technical base of the college, which provides the conducting the examinations to determine the level of proficiency in aviation English on the ICAO scale, consultations and preparatory classes for this examinations and periodic training courses in aviation English for the flight crew, during which the ability of students to English audio perception is practiced, to perform interactive exercises on conducting radiotelephone communication in English with the involvement of appropriate audio and video materials. The laboratory also conducts classes on initial training and advanced training in English for maintenance personnel and employees of the air traffic control service. 

The laboratory is used for classes in the following disciplines: 

• “Professional English” of all specialties and “Preparation and Execution of Flights on International Airlines: Radiotelephony Phraseology”;
• “Foreign Language”;
• “Foreign Language (for professional purposes)”;
• “Professional English”;
• “Metrology and Standardization of Measurements”;

“Testing to determine the level of proficiency in professional English according to the ICAO flight crew scale”.
