Scientific work is one of the most important activities of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and an integral part of its educational process, which contributes to improving the quality of higher education. The purpose of the college is to promote the development of scientific and creative potential of participants in the educational process and generate new ideas, innovations and features to solve modern and current problems of theory and practice in the aviation industry.

At the college, teaching employees conduct scientific studies in priority areas of science and technology. Scientific research is protected by security documents on intellectual property rights, covered at scientific and practical conferences at the international and national levels, scientific seminars, as well as through publications in professional publications of Ukraine and publications indexed in domestic and international scientometric databases.

The lecturers of the college are working on the publication of scientific monographs, textbooks and manuals. The lecturers of the college cooperate with leading enterprises, institutions of the city of Kremenchuk and the country. The result of such interaction is the conclusion of more than 40 contracts for the provision of scientific consulting services. For two years in a row, the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference of young scientists, cadets and students “Aviation, Industry and Society” was held on the basis of the college, and since 2020 this conference has gained international status.

An important component of the scientific work of the college is cadet and student scientific work. Applicants, who join scientific work, are members of scientific circles and problem groups. The results of scientific work are presented in the collections of materials of international and all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences. Also, every year cadets and students take part in more than 50 competitions, contests of various levels and win medal places.
