The Laboratory of TV2-117 Engine Design and Operation provides conducting theoretical, practical and laboratory classes provided by curricula.

The main purpose of the establishment and operation of the Laboratory of TV2-117 Engine Design and Operation is to conduct all types of training, practical and laboratory classes, using teaching aids, visual aids, models of parts, models of spatial bodies, forming a holistic view of the use of acquired knowledge in future professional activities. The laboratory is used for laboratory classes in the following disciplines:

  • “Fundamentals of the Theory of Aircraft Engines”;
  • “Aircraft Engines Operation”;
  • “General Knowledge of the Theory of Aircraft Engines”;
  • “Theory of Thermal Engines”;
  • “Aircraft Design”;
  • “Aircraft Engine Design and Maintenance”;
  • “Fundamentals of the Theory of Automatic Control”;
  • “Design, Strength of Aircraft Engines and Aircraft”;

  • Study of Engine Compressor Design.
  • Study of Engine Combustion Chamber Design.
  • Study of Engine Lubrication and Engine Breathing System.
