Ihor Pichkur, a cadet of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, became a scholarship holder of the Kremenchuk City Council. The certificate for the personal scholarship for active participation in the public life of the college and the city was handed over by Ruslan Protsenko, the vice-mayor of Kremenchuk.

The Subdivision of the Aviation and Radio-Electronic Equipment of Kremenchuk Flight College received new modern high-tech measuring and diagnostic devices: insulation tester UNI-T, electric field strength tester GM3120, optical tachometer BENETECH GM 8905, current measuring tongs, digital light meter, electrical power network analyzer TPM-05 and USB oscillograph.
