A cadet of Kremenchuk Flight College became a scholarship holder of the Kremenchuk City Council
Ihor Pichkur, a cadet of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, became a scholarship holder of the Kremenchuk City Council. The certificate for the personal scholarship for active participation in the public life of the college and the city was handed over by Ruslan Protsenko, the vice-mayor of Kremenchuk.
