On 15 January 2026, representatives of the Kremenchuk Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the international webinar ‘Impact Voices’. The event brought together experts in the field of social transformation, psychological support and youth development to discuss the current challenges facing Ukrainian society in the context of war.
Among the participants were: Oksana Trisko, leading psychologist of the Psychological Support Group of the Human Resources Department; the Department of Social, Humanitarian, Educational and Career Guidance Work: head Inna Mikhailova and specialist Tetiana Samchyshina; the International Relations and Interuniversity Work Group: specialist Svitlana Stelmakh and translator Yullia Onyshchenko.
The primary topic of the meeting was practical work with vulnerable groups, focusing on strengthening community resilience and supporting children in overcoming traumatic experiences. The experts emphasised the importance of culture, creativity and education in the social integration and development of young people. During the webinar, participants gained valuable international experience and advice on implementing modern psychological and pedagogical practices in the educational process. Renowned speakers shared their experience and innovative approaches to working with the community: Stanislav Suprunenko (Ukrainian Arts Hub, EBRD), Olha Balashova (UMCA) and Hryhorii Baran (Renaissance Foundation).
For representatives of the Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA, participation in this event was an opportunity to learn about advanced international cases and receive specific advice on improving the educational process. The webinar format combined presentations and open discussions, allowing for a deeper understanding of modern approaches to social support. This experience will contribute to the integration of the latest psychological and pedagogical practices into the college's daily activities.
