As part of the ‘16 Days Against Violence’ campaign, Oksana Trisko, a leading psychologist at the Psychological Support Group of the Human Resources Department, with the support of the Department of Social, Humanitarian, Educational, and Career Guidance Work, conducted a training session aimed at overcoming gender stereotypes and forming ‘zero’ tolerance for gender-based violence and domestic violence. During the event, students watched a video about gender stereotypes, expanded their knowledge about responsibility for gender-based violence, and learned an algorithm of actions depending on the situation.

Such classes help to create an atmosphere of trust in the educational institution and ensure equal rights and opportunities for women and men, which in turn helps to prevent gender-based violence and discrimination.
