On 25 November 2025, the VI International Forum ‘Human Capital: In the Focus of Transformations’ took place. The event was held with the financial support of the European Union, Germany, Poland, Estonia, and Denmark as part of the Skills4Recovery Multi-Donor Initiative, which is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and Solidarity Fund PL (SFPL). The forum provided a space for professional discussion of human capital development issues, bringing together representatives of government agencies, international partners, the education sector, and experts.
Svitlana STELMAKH and Yuliia ONYSHCHENKO, employees of the International Relations and Interuniversity Work Group, and Oksana TRISKO, leading psychologist of the Psychological Support Group of the Human Resources Department, joined the Forum online. The format of the event provided an opportunity to obtain up-to-date information on human capital development trends and modern approaches used in European Union countries.
The Forum focused on issues of economic recovery through investment in human potential. Considerable attention was paid to the discussion of Ukraine's integration into the European Qualifications Framework, which implies a focus on leading international methodologies and standards and forms the basis for further improvement of the vocational training system.
Participation in the event contributed to broadening professional horizons, obtaining valuable analytical materials, and engaging in professional dialogue on modern approaches to human capital development.
