On 26 November 2025, Volodymyr Malovanyi, professor at the Department of Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics, together with Oleksandr Cherkashyn, engineer for maintenance, repair and diagnostics of aviation equipment at the State Institution ‘Aviation Support Centre of the National Police of Ukraine’, held a binary class for third-year bachelor students of the 173 ‘Avionics’ of the educational and professional program ‘Avionics’ in the discipline ‘Aircraft Circuitry.’

The topic of the binary lesson was ‘Power Systems.’

During the binary class, Volodymyr Malovanyi introduced students to the principle of power system design and the equipment used for this purpose in modern aircraft.

Oleksandr Cherkashyn spoke about the power control system and the power distribution and backup system, the principle of their operation and their operational features.

At the end of the class, the speakers answered numerous questions from students about the features, maintenance, and repair of aircraft power systems.
