On 3 December 2025, as part of Integrity Week, the educational process participants joined the online lecture ‘Integrity as a Career Strategy: How to Find your Calling and Remain Resilient in Complex Systems.’ In particular, the event was attended by Olena Tsymbalistova, the Deputy Director of the College for Educational and Scientific Activities, together with staff of the Educational Process Organisation Department and the Scientific Activities Organisation Department, and heads and faculty members of the Department of Management, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Fundamental Disciplines, the Air Transport Department, and the Department of Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics. The lecture was also joined by students: Danylo Minkiv, Bohdan Puzyr, Kiril Balakariev, Roman Pidharin, and Mykola Sliepko. The speaker at the online event was Serhiy Kvit, Doctor of Philology, Professor, President of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine (2014-2016), and Head of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (2019-2022).

During the lecture, Serhiy Kvit pointed out that the concept of “integrity” should apply not only to the educational process or scientific activities, but also to the work of the entire higher education institution, because, translated from English, integrity means wholeness that cannot be violated.Violation of the integrity and anti-corruption principles by participants in the educational process leads to a deterioration in the reputation of both the higher education institution itself and its staff.
