On 25 October 2024, Oleh Halata, a teacher of the Cyclic Commission of Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, conducted a practical lesson using quest technologies on the topic ‘Gymnastics’ with 4th year students of TPMdbsr-22-1, speciality 272 Air Transport, educational and professional programme ‘Maintenance of storage, transportation, and refueling equipment for fuels and lubricants’.
Higher education students familiarised themselves with the technical aspects of gymnastics exercises. The teacher used individual, group and repeated teaching methods.
The lesson considered the prospects for the development of physical culture and gymnastics in Ukraine and the world, using innovative approaches and changes in the modern competition rules, and ensured the high performance of students. Physical and intellectual workload was required from the students engaged in the activity. This was facilitated by the effective selection of methods and forms of work, as well as the establishment of a friendly and psychologically comfortable atmosphere in the classroom. The teacher summed up the relevance of the topic and its importance in shaping the students' knowledge system and noted the success of the lesson. The purpose of the lesson was fully realised, and the expected results were achieved.
