On 27 November 2025, Olena Bondarets, teacher of the Cyclical Commission for Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, with the participation of Liudmyla Bondarenko, Chief Accountant of STIMEX-S LLC, conducted a binary lessona for junior bachelor's students of the OOTdbsr-22-1 group, majoring in 073 ‘Management,’ educational and professional program ‘Organization of transport services’ in the discipline ‘Statistics’ on the topic ‘Statistics of staff numbers and productivity.’

The class began with a review of knowledge, and the theoretical part covered in detail the methods of statistical study of personnel numbers, familiarisation with labour productivity indexes, and methods for calculating them.

The practical part included examples of the use of statistical indices in the practical analysis of an enterprise's work.

The students showed a high level of interest and actively participated in discussions. As a result of the lesson, the students successfully mastered the principles of using indicators of staff numbers and productivity, as well as their practical application in making management decisions within an enterprise.

The binary class made it possible to combine theoretical knowledge of statistics with its practical application in personnel management. The students increased their understanding of personnel processes, learned to use statistical methods for assessing personnel numbers and productivity, and gained practical skills in analysing real production situations.
