On 26 November 2025, a binary class was held in the discipline ‘Means of transportation and storage of fuel and lubricants’ for junior bachelor students of the TPMdbsr-22-1 study group of the educational and professional programme ‘Aviation Transport,’ field of knowledge 27 ‘Transport,’ specialty 272 ‘Aviation Transport (Maintenance of Storage, Transportation, and Refueling Equipment for Fuel and Lubricants).’

Volodymyr Sych, head of the airfield’s fuel and lubricants service, was invited to conduct the binary class. During the class, teacher Olena Davitaia gave a lecture on ‘Process Control Devices.’

Volodymyr Sych listed a number of safety situations that arise during the maintenance of the tank farm with regard to breathing valves and pressure measuring devices. He emphasised the importance of the quality of fuel and lubricant storage and the role of qualified specialists in the work of aviation enterprises.

The students reinforced their knowledge of the material studied, familiarised themselves with the procedure for servicing the technical equipment of the tank farm, received answers to their questions, and mastered all the material of the binary lesson.
