On 6 November 2025, teachers of the Air Transport Department, Inna Deriabina and Alla Reuta, underwent advanced training and completed the distance learning course ‘Counteracting and Preventing Bullying in Educational Institutions’, which is offered on the Prometheus mass open online course platform.

During the training, the teachers mastered modern approaches to:

• creating a safe educational environment, free from violence and bullying;
• identifying and diagnosing cases of bullying among school and university students;
• applying effective preventive measures and methods of responding to conflict situations;
• forming a culture of mutual respect and support among participants in the educational process.

The competencies acquired will contribute to improving the quality of the educational environment and ensuring the psychological comfort of students.

Upon completion of the training, teachers received certificates of advanced training and are ready to apply the knowledge and tools they have acquired in their daily teaching practice.
