On 12 November 2025, an informational session was held in the dormitory of the Kremenchuk Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, dedicated to the consideration of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the cases of Biche v. Ukraine and Shatokhin v. Ukraine.
The purpose of the event was to raise the legal awareness of students, to help them understand the principles of the rule of law, the protection of human rights and the mechanisms for their implementation at the national and international levels.
Particular attention was paid to issues of ensuring the right to a fair trial and guarantees of protection against arbitrary interference by public authorities.
Participants actively took part in the discussion, asked questions, and expressed their own opinions on the importance of respecting human rights in the activities of future aviation industry professionals and law enforcement agencies.
Such events contribute to the development of a legal culture among young people, the development of critical thinking and an awareness of their rights and responsibilities in a democratic society.
