On 12 November 2025, Olena Pushkar, associate professor of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, conducted a demonstration practical class for the third-year students of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the discipline ‘Civil Aviation Economics’ on the topic ‘Remuneration of civil aviation workers.’
Olena Pushkar began the class by announcing the lesson's topic and purpose, and reminding students of the main aspects of the topic being considered and used to solve practical problems.
In the process of conducting a practical lesson, the teacher used modern methods of updating the basic knowledge: express tests, quick polls, as well as basic material for further study of the discipline.
The tasks assigned to the students were successfully completed, which indicates that the students have successfully mastered the material on this topic.
Maryna Kiriukhina, Head of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, and Maryna Puzyr, the teacher of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, noted that Associate Professor Olena Pushkar employs innovative methods of educational activity in teaching the discipline and communicating with students, taking into account and implementing modern trends and innovative technologies in the learning process.
The lesson was conducted at a high scientific and methodological level.
