On 22 October 2025, representatives of the Kremenchuk Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the international round table ‘1st Round Table – Academic International Exchange: Our first steps in Academic Mobility’, held online by the Higher School of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice (Republic of Poland), an international partner of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

The event was attended by representatives of 21 educational institutions from 16 countries, which ensured broad international representation and facilitated constructive dialogue in the context of European integration of education.

During the discussions, key areas of academic mobility development were addressed, in particular:
• improving international exchange procedures;
• sharing best practices in implementing mobility programmes;
• prospects for integration and expanding partnership opportunities.

Particular attention was paid to issues related to the development of international credit mobility, the expansion of partnerships with countries outside the EU, the introduction of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP), innovative teaching methods, and the psychological aspects of academic exchange.

The participation of college representatives in the round table contributed to the strengthening of international partnerships, the receipt of relevant recommendations on improving the effectiveness of mobility for students and academic staff, and the further development of the internationalisation of the educational process.
