The event was organised by the Association of Sustainable Development Experts (ASDE) in cooperation with the Ukrainian Sustainable Finance Alliance (USFA), with the support of partners and international organisations. The forum served as a platform for discussing key challenges and solutions in the field of sustainable development, green recovery and financial stability in Ukraine.
The Forum addressed key issues that will determine Ukraine's economic future in the context of war and global change. The focus was on new financial frameworks for the country's recovery, ways to secure sustainable financing during wartime, the development of human capital as the basis for reconstruction and growth, the role of communities in strengthening social impact, and financial instruments capable of delivering real sustainable development results.
The discussions enabled the development of analytical conclusions on the formation of a renewed policy for the country's economic and social recovery. The defining values of the event included responsibility, transparency, innovation and partnership, which should form the basis of a new model of development for Ukraine.
Forum participants emphasised that sustainable development is not only a strategy for post-war recovery, but also a new socio-economic agreement between business, the state and civil society. Ukraine is gradually establishing itself as one of the leading centres of sustainability in Eastern Europe. Despite the challenges of wartime, Ukrainian enterprises, communities and cities are not only maintaining stability but also forming a new economic model based on transparency, partnership and innovation. These principles provide the foundation for long-term growth and effective recovery of the country.
