Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs representatives successfully completed the course ‘State Without Barriers’ on the Dіia.Osvita platform.

The online course in the form of an educational series ‘State without Barriers’ was developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on the initiative of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, in partnership with the Office of the Advisor-Authorised Representative of the President of Ukraine on Barrier-Free Issues, the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service, the public organisation ‘Barrier-Free’ and the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine. It was aimed at promoting the development of professional competencies of civil servants and local government officials in the field of barrier-free space formation.

Head of the Educational Process Organisation Department Olena Chernikova, specialists of the Department Yana Unkovska and Inna Yakymets, and head of the Practical Training Department, Oksana Borysenko learnt about the principles of barrier-free communication with citizens and acquired skills for applying a barrier-free approach when making decisions.

After completing the course and passing the test, they received certificates.
