Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs representatives successfully completed the course ‘Gender Equality and Social Inclusion in Communications’ on the Dіia.Osvita platform.

The educational course consists of 12 series containing practical advice on how to communicate with an equality and inclusion approach. The course covers a wide range of topics, including the use of barrier-free language, sensitive communication with different social groups (people with disabilities, veterans, representatives of ethnic minorities, the LGBTQI+ community, and others), and avoiding discriminatory statements.

head of the Educational Process Organisation Department Olena Chernikova, specialists of the Department Yana Unkovska and Inna Yakymets, head of the Practical Training Department, Oksana Borysenko and specialist of the Department Inna Kurtiak received advice and knowledge on how to communicate with an approach based on equality and inclusion.

After completing the course and passing the test, they received certificates.
