International Relations and Interuniversity Work Group took part in a fruitful meeting with representatives of Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (SAMK, Finland). The purpose of the event was to discuss opportunities for partnership in the field of academic exchanges, joint educational projects and Erasmus+ programmes.
During the meeting, Ms Elina Valkama (Viestintä - ja markkinointisuunnittelija) presented the activities and international capabilities of SAMK, a university with a wide network of international partners that actively supports cooperation in the field of higher education. They highlighted the potential for synergy between the institutions in terms of joint development areas, exchange of experience in teaching and learning, academic mobility, participation in double degree programmes, winter and summer schools, and Erasmus+ exchanges for Ukrainian students.
The participants of the meeting confirmed that international cooperation is a strategic direction for modern higher education institutions. The initiative of the International Relations and Interuniversity Work Group was another step in the development of the college's international activities, the expansion of academic opportunities and the formation of sustainable partnerships with European educational institutions.
