Following the Plan of Events on Academic Integrity at the KFC of KhNUIA for the 2025/2026 academic year, approved by the Pedagogical Council of the KFC of KhNUIA (Minutes No. 1 dated 27 August 2025), the person responsible for academic integrity at the College, Liudmyla Oliinyk, Candidate of Economic Sciences, head of the Scientific Activities Organisation Department, together with Nataliia Kitsel, a research assistant at the Department, held a scientific seminar ‘The Culture of Academic Integrity in Higher Education Institutions’ for educational process participants. The event was attended by Maryna Kiriukhina, head of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, PhD (vocational education); Volodymyr Tiahnii, Associate Professor of the Department of Aviation Transport, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Senior Researcher; first-year students, representatives of the Cadet and Student Self-Government, and members of scientific clubs. During the seminar, Liudmyla Oliinyk analysed the basic principles of academic integrity, its types and forms, responsibility for its violation, and gave specific examples. During the discussion of the topic, a lively debate arose between the speaker and the scientific seminar participants, and the speaker provided comprehensive answers to the students’ questions.
