On 19 September 2025, the staff and students of the Kremenchuk Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the webinar ‘EASA CPL Training & DGCA Conversion,’ which was devoted to the possibilities of training pilots in accordance with European standards.
During the webinar, the industry experts from the BAA Training talked about the full cycle of pilot training – from the initial level to obtaining an EASA CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence). Particular attention was paid to the requirements and procedures related to the conversion of this license. Career prospects for pilots with an EASA licence at various airlines were also discussed in detail.
Seminar participants received valuable information from industry experts about the specifics of training and career prospects. An important part of the event was a question-and-answer session, where college representatives had the opportunity to receive clarification on specific aspects of licensing and training programmes.
Participation in such webinars allows college representatives to keep up-to-date with current changes and requirements in the field of aviation education, which contributes to improving the quality of training for future pilots in Ukraine. Such events are an important part of the professional development of teachers, promoting the exchange of experience and the implementation of best international practices in the educational process at the Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA.
