On 24 July 2025, the representatives of the Kremenchuk Flight College took part in the seminar-training on the implementation of the academic mobility projects within Erazmus + programme. The event was held online and brought together employees of higher education institutions responsible for international cooperation and Erasmus+ projects.
Kremenchuk Flight College was represented at the event by: the Deputy Director for Educational and Scientific Activities Olena Tsymbalistova, Head of the Department of Educational Process Organisation Olena Chernikhova, and the translator of the International Relations and Interuniversity Work Group Yuliia Onyshchenko.
The aim of the seminar-training was to raise participants' awareness of the rules and specifics of implementing Erasmus+ projects in conditions of martial law. The speakers at the meeting were Svitlana Shytikova, coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, and Zhanna Talanova, institutional coordinator of Erasmus+ HEIs in Ukraine, who presented the rules for participation in academic mobility projects within the EU Erasmus+ Programme and the reality of their implementation during martial law. In addition, Iryna Shteimiller, Head of the International Relations Department at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, shared her experience of organising international activities at her institution and participating in international academic mobility programmes. Seminar participants had the opportunity to discuss strategies for the development of higher education institutions in the context of European integration, issues of establishing horizontal cooperation between Ukrainian and European universities, the importance of ensuring inclusive mobility for all categories of students and teaching staff, as well as mechanisms for recognising learning outcomes and mobility periods. In addition, they discussed ways to solve problems that arise during the implementation of projects and identified the institutional impact of such projects.
Participation in the seminar allowed College representatives to gain valuable knowledge and practical advice that will contribute to the activation of international activities and the expansion of opportunities for student and teacher mobility.
