The right to participate in the competition is granted to persons who have a complete higher education and, in terms of their professional qualifications, meet the requirements established for scientific and pedagogical employees by the laws of Ukraine ‘On Education’, ‘On Higher Education’, the conditions of the announced competition and the Procedure for conducting competitive selection when filling vacant positions of scientific and pedagogical stuff of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure).

Persons wishing to participate in the competition shall submit in person to the college's human resources department (or send by post) an application to participate, written by hand, and the documents specified in the Procedure.
