On 26 June 2025, representatives of the Kremenchuk Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the third training session of the Grant Writing School on the topic ‘Preparation and submission of project proposals for participation in Horizon Europe programme grants.’
The event was organised by the National Contact Point for Climate, Energy and Mobility of the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technology, with the support of the Dnipro City Council and the participation of speakers from the Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine. The training was held in a hybrid format and became a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of fundraising for scientific and educational projects.
Kremenchuk Flight College was actively represented at the event by: the Deputy Director of the College for Educational and Scientific Activities Olena Tsymbalisova, The Head of the Air Transport Department, Candidate of Chemical Science, Associate Professor Tetiana Kozlovska, the Associate Researcher at the Scientific Activity Organisation Department Nataliia Kitsel, from the International Relations and Interuniversity Work Group: the specialist Svitlana Stelmakh and the translator Yullia Onyshchenko.
The training provided participants with a deep understanding of the grant opportunities offered by the Horizon Europe programme, opening up new perspectives for the development of scientific and educational projects. Examples of successful projects by Ukrainian universities served as inspiration, motivating active participation in grant competitions. The practical recommendations received on preparing competitive applications, will contribute to improving their quality and success.
The speakers provided valuable information and answered numerous questions from participants, which contributed to a deeper understanding of the grant writing process and the specifics of the Horizon Europe programme.
