From 12 April to 31 May 2025, Serhii Vladov, Head of the Scientific Activities Organisation Department at the KFC KhNUIA, completed an online international internship on the topic ‘The use of modern digital technologies in the educational process’. The international internship was organised by the Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences ( Przeworsk, Republic of Poland) with the support of the European Association for Innovative Education (Ukraine) and the European Association for Innovative Education LLC.

The internship programme consisted of six modules and included:

  1. An overview of digital educational technologies for organising learning and teaching.
  2. Learning the basics of the Polish language for international communication.
  3. Development of self-management and self-presentation skills for teachers.
  4. Psychology of modern learners (motivation, attention span, cognitive interest).
  5. Development of visually appealing teaching materials using digital educational technologies and resources.
  6. Creation, presentation and discussion of own educational projects and panel discussions.

As a result of the study, Serhii Vladov received a certificate of international internship for 180 hours/6.0 ECTS credits. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the internship provided an opportunity to master the latest teaching methods, basic Polish language skills and gain practical experience that will contribute to the improvement of the educational process at the KFC of KhNUIA. In particular, the internship participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences with foreign colleagues, which contributed not only to strengthening scientific ties but also to forming new partnerships.

Participation in international internships is an important step for the KFC KhNUIA and contributes to improving the quality of education provided to future aviation industry specialists.
