In March 2025, Ukraine celebrated the 211th anniversary of the birth of Taras Shevchenko, the great Ukrainian poet, artist and public activist. On this occasion, the V All-Ukrainian Internet Flashmob ‘We Are the Kobzar’s Heirs’ was held, which this year was dedicated to the 185th anniversary of the publication of the first edition of Taras Shevchenko’s Kobzar.
Project founders were: All-Ukrainian Charitable Cultural and Scientific Foundation of T.H. Shevchenko, Department of Education, Culture, Tourism and Sports of the Voronovytsia Village Council, Vinnytsia District, Vinnytsia Oblast.
The purpose of the project is: to popularise Taras Shevchenko’s works among teaching staff, students and society.
Under the guidance of Vira Siora, teacher at the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities, and Fundamental Disciplines, with the participation of the administration: the Deputy Director of the College for Educational and Scientific Activities Olena Tsymbalistova, the Head of the Department of Educational Process Organisation Olena Chernikova, the Deputy Head of the Department of Educational Process Organisation Oksana Borysenko, the Head of the Leisure Department Tetiana Bulat, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines: Head of the Department Marina Kiryukhina, teacher Marina Puzyr, students of the Kremenchug Flight College of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs joined the flash mob, namely: Bohdan Pushkariov, Valeriia Savchenko, Ihor Avdovchenkov, Vladyslav Varvarynets, Oleksandra Oliinyk, and Maksym Lobko.
The participants received certificates from the flash mob organisers, signed by Lyudmila Krasytska, president of the All-Ukrainian Charitable Cultural and Scientific Foundation of T. Shevchenko, writer, and great-great-granddaughter of Taras Shevchenkoby his sister Kateryna.
