From 04 to 09 May 2025, Inna Ryshkova, a teacher of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, took part in international project ‘All we need is... TALK’ held in Opole (Poland) as part of the Erasmus+ programme (project No. 2023-3-PL01-KA153-YOU-000172584).

Inna Ryshkova joined the Ukrainian team formed by the NGO Development and Initiative, together with three colleagues, with whom they became a real Ukrainian Dream Team.

The aim of the Erasmus+ programme project was to improve the professional competence of specialists working with young people, particularly in the areas of interpersonal and intercultural communication, conflict resolution and leadership. Representatives from eight countries took part in the project: Bulgaria, France, Sweden, Romania, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Turkey and Poland — a total of 23 participants.

The programme of the event included thematic trainings and workshops in the following areas:

interpersonal and group communication;

conflict resolution and negotiation skills;

leadership in daily work with young people;

conscious use of verbal and non-verbal strategies in communication.

In addition to the educational part, participants had the opportunity to take part in a rich cultural programme: a walk around historic Opole, dinner in an authentic restaurant, and lively communication with the city's residents. A highlight of the event was Culture Night, during which each team presented their national traditions and shared specialities from their country.

According to Inna Ryshkova, participating in the project was a valuable experience for her professional and personal growth. She received a certificate of training, mastered new methods and is already planning to integrate the knowledge she gained into her teaching activity. The high level of organisation, accommodation and catering, as well as the professionalism of the coaching team, were particularly appreciated.

Participation in such projects contributes to the professional development of teachers and the expansion of international educational cooperation.
