‘According to the programme “eBook”, all Ukrainians who have reached the age of 18 are entitled to financial assistance from the state to purchase books in the national language (in hard copy and/or electronic form). 
The programme is aimed at making Ukrainian books available, promoting reading among young people, and developing national book publishing.
To do this, you need to register with the DIIA and submit an enquiry.’
