On 15 April, the Department of Electronic Communication, Radio Engineering and Avionics held an academic Competition (Olympiad) in the discipline ‘VFR, IFR Communication’ among 2nd year first (bachelor’s) level students, majoring in 272 Air Transport, the educational and professional programme ‘Air Navigation’ of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
The Olympiad was organized and conducted by the teacher of the Department of Electronic Communication, Radio Engineering and Avionics, who presented the Olympiad programme and evaluation criteria and noted that knowledge of the rules and phraseology of radio communication is an integral part of flight safety.
Yevhen Volkanin, Head of the Department of Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics, welcomed the students.
The Olympiad was attended by 16 students of the group Pdsr-23-1b, they are: Dmytro Avramchuk, Yaroslave Bodnevych, Maksym Hrybalo, Victor Hrytsenko, Ivan Danylov, Vladyslav Epold, Vladyslav Zhyla, Maksym Kysil, Vladyslav Lipov, Vladyslav Loboda, Serhii Lonskyi, Roman Melnyk, Nazar Ovsienko, Maksym Pasichnyk, Ihor Prokopchuk, Bohdan Pushkariov.
The winners of the academic competition in the discipline ‘VFR, IFR Communication’ were the following:
1st place — Dmytro Avramchuk
2nd place — Maksym Kysil
3rd place — Nazar Onsienko
The winners were awarded with diplomas.
