We are deeply saddened to announce that at the age of 82, the heart of a true teacher, wise mentor, talented scientist, PhD in Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Yurii Havryliuk, has stopped beating.

Behind it all is the Man - an era that has made a significant contribution to history and science. In 1980, he defended his thesis for the degree of PhD in Technical Sciences. His research area was the study of the physical and chemical properties of radioelectronic materials. He was in charge of research and production departments, research on the development of new materials for the radio industry. He is the author of 90 scientific papers and 40 inventions. He is a laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology (1991).

 Since 1998, Yurii Mykolaiovych has devoted his life to teaching, and has been teaching at the Flight College since 2018. He has always sincerely shared his deep knowledge, pedagogical skills and broad outlook with students and junior colleagues, commanded respect and admiration for his tact and humanity, intelligence and nobility. He was awarded a Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and an Excellence in Education of Ukraine.

Department of Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics, colleagues and students express their sincere condolences to Yurii Mykolaiovych's family and friends and will keep his memory in their hearts.
