In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 02 April 2025 No. 535, Serhii Vladov, Head of the Scientific Activities Organisation Department of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, PhD in Engineering, is a member of the J6 Aviation Transport subcommittee of the Scientific and Methodological Commission of the 10th Higher Education Sector of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to develop the Ukrainian Higher Education Standard in the speciality J6 Aviation Transport at all levels of higher education.

On 16 April 2025, Serhii Vladov took part online in a joint meeting of the scientific and methodological commissions (subcommissions) of the higher education sector of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, chaired by Oleg Sharov, Director General of the Directorate of Higher Education and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen Lisovyi and Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Mykhailo Vynnytskyi welcomed the participants of the event. They congratulated the participants on joining the scientific and methodological commissions (subcommissions) of the higher education sector of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and emphasized that the development of the Standards of Higher Education of Ukraine is a responsible mission.

Speakers included members of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education of Ukraine, and others. In their speeches, the speakers provided explanations and recommendations on the development of the Standards of Higher Education of Ukraine.
