Representatives of Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA are actively conducting career guidance work among future school graduates of Poltava oblast. On 10 April 2025, the Head of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines Maryna Kiriukhina and the teacher of the Department Maryna Puzyr visited the students of Hlobyne, namely lyceums No. 1 and No. 5.

During the meetings, the teachers introduced the history and traditions of Kremenchuk Flight College to the students, told them about the specialities in which students are trained, as well as about the employment prospects for graduates in the field of aviation. Particular attention was paid to the practical training of cadets and opportunities for their professional growth. The meetings were held in an atmosphere of engagement and lively communication. The lyceum students showed great interest in aviation professions and training opportunities at Kremenchuk Flight College. Many of them expressed a desire to learn more about the conditions of admission and study. As a result of the career guidance work, a significant number of students became interested in enrolling in Kremenchuk Flight College. The children enthusiastically wrote down their names and surnames, showing a serious intention to consider the college as their future educational institution.
