On 4 April 2025, Serhii Sych, the teacher of the Department Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics, with the participation of Hennadii Oleksiienko, the aviation technician for maintenance, repair and diagnostics of aviation equipment, and Rodion Yarovyi, the pilot of the Armed Forces of Ukraine aviation unit Mi-8MSB, conducted a binary lesson for the first (bachelor’s) degree students majoring in 173 ‘Avionics’, educational and professional programme ‘Avionics’ in the discipline ‘Maintenance of electrical and flight navigation equipment’. 

The topic of the binary session was ‘Description of Operational Documentation in the Aircraft Maintenance System’. During the binary class, Serhii Sych introduced the students to the purpose and types of operational documentation, regulatory and technical documentation, as well as production and technical documentation.

Hennadii Oleksiienko and Rodion Yarovyi spoke about the maintenance regulations and the rules for compiling helicopter operational documentation.

At the end of the lesson, the speakers answered students’ questions.
