On March 27, 2025, a meeting with stakeholders was held at Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs to discuss educational and professional programmes of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education and curricula in the specialties 272 Air Transport and 173 Avionics, namely, ‘Maintenance and Repair of Aircraft and Aircraft Engines’, ‘Air Navigation’, ‘Work Technologies and Technological Equipment of Airports’, ‘Avionics’. The event was joined by Olena Chernikhova, Head of the Educational Process Department, Oksana Borysenko, Head of the Practical Training Department, Yevhen Volkanin, Head of the Department of Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics, Tetiana Kozlovska, Head of the Department of Air Transport, members of the working groups - Serhii Vladov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Vadym Orel, Candidate of Technical Sciences, senior teachers Andrii Tsarenko, Alla Reuta, and teacher Oleksandr Samokhlib.
Stakeholders included representatives of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine: Major Oleksandr Shpak, senior commander of the Mi-8 helicopter; Senior Lieutenant Dmytro Stadnyk, senior commander of the Mi-8 MSB-B helicopter; and Captain Volodymyr Dmytrochenko, head of the technical and operational unit of the aviation branch.
During the meeting, they discussed the issues of improving the special theoretical and practical training of higher education students, amending educational and professional programmes to take into account the commissioning of new types of aircraft, development and implementation of electronic systems, communication and navigation systems designed for use on helicopters, as well as consideration of current trends in education in Ukraine and their compliance with European standards.
