On February 13, 2025, Olena Pushkar, a senior teacher of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, conducted a demonstration lecture for fourth-year students of Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs in the discipline ‘Civil Aviation Economics’ on the topic: ‘Remuniration of civil aviation workers’.
In the process of studying the educational material, the teacher used modern methods of updating the basic knowledge: express tests (using the Moodle platform) and blitz quizes.
The lesson began with the announcement of the topic, the purpose of the lesson, and the importance of this topic for bachelors in their future activities. The teacher introduced those present to the essence of the concept of ‘remuniration’ and the functions that are performed in the process of production and provision of services.
With the use of the Internet, elements of the tariff system were discussed. An active discussion took place on the issues of forms and systems of remuneration.
The results of the test tasks completed by the higher education applicants showed that they had mastered the topics of the educational material. At the end of the lesson, the teacher summed up the results and gave the students home task.
The Head of the Practical Training Department, Oksana Borysenko, and the Head of the Department of Management, Social, Humanitarian and Fundamental Disciplines, Maryna Kiriukhina, who were present at the lesson, noted that senior teacher Olena Pushkar possesses innovative technologies of educational activities and implements a competency-based approach to the learning process.
The lesson was conducted at a high scientific and methodological level.
