On 21 January 2025, a meeting of the Cadet and Student Self-Government of KhNUIA was held at all locations of the University. It was attended by the Chairman of the Parliament Mykola Sorochyshyn, chairpersons of the cadet councils of the educational and research institutes (ERI): ERI No.1 – Anzhela Stetsiuk, ERI No.2 – Maksym Kucheriavyi, ERI No.3 – Anna Melnyk, ERI No.4 – Serafym Mirchuk, the chairperson of the student council of the ERI No.5 Nataliia Vasylenko, the chairperson of the cadet and student council of Sumy branch Viktoria Yarova and the acting chairperson of the student council of the KFC of KhNUIA Marharyta Kaptsevych.

The participants presented reports on their work, talked about their achievements and successfully implemented initiatives, and shared their plans for the future. Particular attention was paid to discussing ways to improve the work of the Parliament. During the discussion, the participants actively exchanged ideas, searched for innovative approaches to improving the efficiency of self-government and considered new initiatives aimed at developing the cadet and student community. The representatives of KFC expressed their readiness to support all constructive endeavours and initiate new projects aimed at strengthening cooperation between students of the KhNUIA.

The event was an important step in strengthening cooperation between the structural units of the KhNUIA and introducing new approaches aimed at creating a comfortable and favourable environment for the training, development and self-realization of higher education students of the KhNUIA.
