On 13 January 2025, the Head of the Educational Process Organization Department Olena Serhiivna Chernihova and the Head of the Practical Training department Oksana Mykolaivna Borysenko organized a meeting for graduates of the group OOTdbsr-21-1 with a representative of the Kremenchuk Branch of the Poltava Regional Employment Centre within the framework of the signed cooperation agreement between the Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA and the Kremenchuk Branch of the Poltava Regional Employment Centre.

During this visit, Iryna Vasylivna Doroshenko, a psychologist at the Employment Department of the Kremenchuk Branch of the Poltava Regional Employment Centre, introduced the students to the opportunities provided by the employment service to support young people. She emphasized the importance of integrating graduates into modern labour market, developing their entrepreneurial skills and providing information and consulting assistance in job search. During the event, the students had the opportunity to receive comprehensive information on how to prepare for an interview with an employer, namely the stages of preparation for a meeting, preparation of questions and suggestions for the employer, as well as answers to possible questions from the employer. Together with the representative of the branch, the participants focused on the types of interviews and conditions of employment, discussed behaviour during a conversation with an employer, and practised answering the employer’s questions.

Using the information and advises received at the event, college graduates can successfully go to a meeting with an employer. As a result of the event, it was agreed to continue cooperation in organizing support for young people in the labour market and implementing other initiatives that will contribute to the economic growth of the region.
