From 11 November to 20 December 2024, the Head of the Department of Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics Yevhen Volkanin, teacher of the Department of Electronic Communications, Radio Engineering and Avionics Serhii Sych, teachers of the Department of Aviation Transport Oleksandr Samohlib and Oleh Kyrychenko took part in the International Advanced Training (Online Internship) on the topic ‘New and Innovative Teaching Methods’. The event was organized by the European League for Professional Development in cooperation with the University of Economics and the Malopolska School of Public Administration. The internship programme consisted of such three modules:

Module 1: Introduction. Mobility in Education.

Module 2: European and Polish system of higher education.

Module 3: Summary of the internship. Fame Lab.

As a result of the training, the participants received certificates of 180 hours/ 6 ECTS credits. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the internship provided an opportunity to master the latest teaching methods and gain practical experience that will help improve the educational process at the college.

The participants had the opportunity to exchange experience with foreign colleagues, which contribute not only to strengthening scientific ties but also to the formation of new partnerships.

Participation in the international internship is an important stage in the professional development of the teaching stuff of Kremenchuk Flight College of KhNUIA and contributes to improving the quality of education of future aviation professionals.
