On 10 December 2024, the career guidance work was carried by teachers of the Department of Management, Social Sciences, Humanities and Fundamental Disciplines, Kiriuchina M.V., Puzyr M.S., Riabtseva D.V., aimed at introducing students of Kremenchuk Lyceum No.30 to the peculiarities of education and the prospects offered by Kremenchuk Flight College. The goal of the event was to form students’ understanding of aviation professions, simulate interest in technical specialities and promote conscious choice of future profession.

The students learnt about the history and current status of Kremenchuk Flight College and the specialities that the college trains. They saw the prospects for employment after graduation.

The organized career guidance work proved to be effective. The lyceum students received valuable information about Kremenchuk Flight College and the opportunities offered by the aviation industry. The department plans to continue cooperation with the lyceum and hold similar events in the future.

Proposals were made to expand the range of career guidance activities (roundtables, meetings with college graduates), to involve senior students in events, and to create a hobby club for students interested in aviation.
