On 14 December 2024, cadets of Kremenchuk Flight College and cadets of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with the employees of the Department of Social, Humanitarian, Educational and Career Guidance Work honoured the memory of the fallen liquidators of the Chornobyl disaster with a minute of silence.

The participants of the event laid flowers and bowed their heads at the memorial sign ‘To the Victims of Chernobyl’ on the Day of Commemoration of the Liquidators of the Chornobyl Disaster, which is held annually on 14 December.
