On 27 November 2024, an academic competition in the discipline ‘Technical Mechanics’ was held in the premises of the KFC of KhNUIA. The event was organized by committee, which consisted of: chairman of the organising committee Siora A.S.; members of the organizing committee Pushkar O.I., Siora V.V., Puzyr M.S.
For an objective assessment of the tasks performed by the participants, a jury was formed and approved: Siora A.S., Pushkar O.I., and Puzyr M.S.. The introductory words to the participants of the seminar were addressed by Olena Tsymbalistova, Deputy Director of the College for Educational and Scientific Activities, Olena Chernikhova, Head of the Department of Educational Process Organisation, and A.S. Siora, Chairman of the Organising Committee. They emphasised the purpose and objectives of the round table, namely, increasing interest in in-depth study of educational, special and professional disciplines, formation of research skills in students; popularization of the achievements of science, technology and the latest technologies; activation of all forms of extracurricular activities with students; and improvement of the level of teaching of academic, specialised and professional disciplines, and professional training of students.
The academic competition was attended by first-year students majoring in 272 ‘Air Transport’, namely: B.A. Puzyr, K.V. Iano, M.M. Koveinyi, M.O. Seridko, O.S. Lytvynov, V.V. Lopuga, V.R. Savchenko, O.O. Seletskyi, B.V. Shapovalov, A.I. Voroniuk.
The competition was held in one round, where participants were asked to solve test tasks. The academic competition was attended by observers (jury members): teachers of the cycle commission of natural disciplines Siora A.S., Pushkar O.I., Puzyr M.S.
According to the results of the competition, the winners were determined. The prizes were won by the following students:

III place – Seletskyi O.O.
