The Department for the Organization of the Educational Process at Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is a structural unit established to plan, organise and control the educational process and is responsible for the development and implementation of organisational and methodological measures aimed at organising and improving the quality of the educational process.

Objectives of the Department are the following:

- Planning and organisation of the educational process at a level that ensures optimal training of highly qualified specialists at the College

- Organisation and control of practical training of students

- Planning, recording the distribution and implementation of the workload of scientific and pedagogical (pedagogical) staff of departments (cycle commissions)

- Coordination of educational units and departments (cycle commissions) in the development of structural and logical schemes of training, drafts of educational and professional programmes, curricula for all forms of education

- Educational, methodological, organisational and informational assistance to the work of academic units, departments (cycle commissions) on licensing and accreditation

- Ensuring the effective use of classroom facilities in the planning of the educational process

- Development of documents on the organisation of the educational process

- Organisation and direct participation in the implementation of pedagogical control of scientific and pedagogical (pedagogical) staff of the College, recording and analysis of the quality of education of cadets, trainees and students

- Organisation of the work of examination commissions in cooperation with educational units, departments (cycle commissions)

- Preparation of graduation documentation and monitoring of the quality of education.

-Compiling documentation in the area of the Department's activities, etc.
