During the course, which was developed by the Dean of Kyiv Business School, Mykhailo Krykunov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, the issues of strategic choice facing a person or organization, strategic vision, strategic goals, personal ambitions and values, strategic thinking techniques were considered. PEST - analysis, model of competitive forces, SWOT - analysis, etc. Particular attention was paid to techniques for stimulating and improving strategic thinking, as well as critical thinking, visualization and process of strategic thinking, learning cycles in strategic thinking.

Upon successful completion of the training, the Head of the International Relations and Interuniversity Activities Department received a certificate. The acquired knowledge will be used in further work.
