The purpose of implementing a quality management system in the organization:

  • improve the college management system;
  • bring the quality of educational services to a level that ensures compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard, known worldwide;
  • confirm the ability of the organization to provide services that meet customer requirements, legal and regulatory requirements;
  • improve the image of the college.

In accordance with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001 standard, the college has appointed quality manager - the Head of the emergency and rescue and fire-protection service Ihor MELEKHOVETS. Regardless of other responsibilities, he is responsible and given the appropriate authority to:

  • ensuring compliance of the quality management system with the requirements of DSTU ISO 9001: 2015 standard;
  • ensuring the planned process results;
  • reporting on the effectiveness of the management system and opportunities for improvement;
  • providing customer orientation assistance.
